10.3 mount/losetup lost the ability to do gpg aes mounts as described
in the manpage

This is a severe break of the on disk format

modprobe aes
modprobe cryptoloop
mount -o loop,encryption=aes,gpgkey=key.gpg file /mountpoint

doesn't work anymore.
