[Bug 334988] knetworkmanager: please provide manual "refresh" of the net list

Thanks Helmut. Pity -- the link given by Tambet reminds me of wish report for
Konqueror -- crash recovery feature. The first response was humorous WONTFIX
because... it is better to fix all bugs and then Konqueror will stop crashing.
Pretty much the same idea is presented in this article -- refresh on demand is
not required, it is better to fix all bugs and then auto-refresh will be enough
:-)
But the world is not perfect so KNM/NM still tries to connect to turned off
networks :-)
Btw. it is a bit strange though that such things as auto-refresh, refresh on
demand, and so on are not put in client (KNM) instead of daemon -- I mean in
design terms.
