According to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=432745 f-spot honors the
http_proxy environment variable, but in the absence of that, it really should
honor the Gnome proxy settings.

Fred: I'm not sure which command line settings you have in mind.  The usage
summary doesn't mention any such command line settings.  I'm changing the
summary to specify that the Gnome proxy settings are ignored.
