Is it actually pam_keyring you are using or gnome-keyring-pam? Based on your
pam file it does not look like gnome-keyring-pam, at least the official
package.
Install gnome-keyring-pam gives me something like:
session required pam_resmgr.so
auth optional pam_gnome_keyring.so auto_start
session optional pam_gnome_keyring.so
