[Bug 287769] Screen doesn't lock after resume (from suspend to disk)

Yes, starting the screensaver, and other processes, with some delay helped us
improving the login time by a few seconds, so it is really something we don't
want to remove, unless until the login time is greater than 5 seconds or so.
I don't see how we can solve this, because making the power manager wait for 30
seconds (if the user sleeps just right after loging in) doesn't seem a good
solution.
I'll look at other possible solutions.
