output of kill -SIGURS1 on nautilus while searching

on the same machine, 
from console:
[code]smbclient -L server -Uuser%passwd [/code]
lists all available ressources.
from nautilus:
[menu]Network servers[/menu] or [menu]computer->network[/menu]
nautilus keeps searching and never lists the ressources.

these two can be launched simultaneously and while nautilus is hanging,
smbclient immediately lists all servers and workgroups.
