[Bug 339488] tomboy add-ins don't show up on x86_64

Found the cause of the problem, which was I had my
~/.tomboy/addins/Tomboy.addins pointing to /usr/lib/tomboy/addins. Changing
that to lib64 shows the addins again.
The problem though is that I share this home directory between 32 and 64 bit
machines, so, do we really need to have this file pointing to the default
addins dir in the user's home? I think we should probably just have this file
contain additional add-ins directories, while the default one should always be
used (easy to know at build time).
