I have tried kernel 2.6.22-10, and the shutdown issue is solved. Now it has no
more lid effects after shutdown, and opening the lid does not start the
computer.

However:

Suspend2ram is still incorrect (after s2ram, closing the lid makes a computer
activity for about 3 seconds. After that, opening the lid starts the computer
again. In normal conditions, the lid has no consequences after suspending.)

Suspend2disk is also incorrect, with the same effects closing and opening the
lid, as in s2ram.

Reboot works fine as always.
