[Bug 162070] No way to configure gnome-phone-manager ? Doc issue.

gnome-phone-manager inserts an icon in the notification area in 10.1 and newer.
Right clicking on the icon gives you an option for preferences which does all
you need. I think this is relatively satisfactory these days as
networkmanager, resapplet, opensuse-updater-gnome etc all employee this.
BTW, a lot of the nice upstream bluetooth stuff has been checked in now for
11.0. For 10.3, the GNOME:STABLE repository should have packages if you want
to try it out.
