[Bug 338173] Package summaries of libpwd and wv2 are inconsistent

I would keep libpwd summary as is:
- uppercase is required by the Package conventions, see
http://en.opensuse.org/SUSE_Package_Conventions/RPM_Style#1.13.1._Style_Guideline
- "for" variant seems to be more common for libraries subjects
- I do not know about any official rule about "(tm)". I would leave it.
I would use:
wv2: Library for Importing Microsoft Word (tm) Documents
