Yes, there are no kernel-related errors in the log provided, and as the
keyboard works at the start of the installation, I start to doubt this is
kernel issue.

Assuming you still have working 10.2 installation on this system, could you
please try booting it with 10.3 kernel, so that we can potentially rule out
problem in the kernel.

You can try kernel-default RPM from
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/kernel/kotd/SL103_BRANCH/x86_64/
