[Bug 223923] NetworkManager did not connect to the WLAN of the HAW-Hamburg

I found the reason for this problem it is in the dhclient.conf.
The HAW use VPN to establish the internet connection. In this case the dhcp did
not offer a nameserver.
In configuration of the dhclient is "require domain-name-servers" set.
So the dhclient did not accesp the offered ipadress.
I think it would be best to remove this requirement in the configuration by
default. The case that no nameserver is available is easy to detect.
