Not sure what you're doing here. Please just add these options to your
/etc/X11/xorg.conf one by one with your favorite editor and test if this helps.
Best would be to do this in runlevel 3, start the session with "startx" and
then kill the Xserver again with Ctlt-Alt-BS.
