[Bug 304184] kde-window-decorator crashes quite often

I've now made the mCompositeWindow an X window and fixed some issues that
caused reloading of a new styles not to work.
kde-window-decorator could in theory be used by someone else than compiz. E.g.
both compiz and kwin could be using it, in which case the decorator's lifetime
is different than compiz's life-time... nevertheless, I've added a --sm-disable
option to kwd that can be used to disable session management.
