I'd like to be able to tell kiwi *not*  to scan for disks (which it uses for
swa
pping).
The reason: kiwi "sees" a LUN (=disk) multiple times, if the server is
connected to a SAN with redundant pathes. Kiwi is using each disk's swap space.
But actually it is the very same disk (seen through other FC-pathes).
In my case I have plenty of RAM and no need to swap anyway.
Currently I modified the functions in KIWILinuxRC.sh (searchSwapSpace and
searchDiskSpace) so they simply "return". However, it would be better to have a
configuration "switch" (parameter or so).
