Found in yast2-ca-management-2.13.32-0.7 (SLES10 SP1):
When trying to import a CA, the procedure fails when
1) the CA key has a password (no password is queried before)
2) the CA key has no password (error is "empty password")
In both cases a CA is created (even though an error had been reported), so when
retrying the procedure fails with a "CA directory already exists".

Those bugs should be fixed.
