I have gpg2-2.0.4-24.1 and kmail 1.9.6 (using KDE 3.5.8 R21.2) installed.
To sign all my outgoing mails with gpg, I have generated a secret and public
key using kgpg on a higher confidence level.

Under kmail, I have configured my default public key under my identity and my
prefered format, which is OpenPGP/MIME. By default, all my outgoing messages
have been configured to be signed. Whenever I want to send a message, I got the
error : " signature failed. Check that gpg-agent is running ".

I have checked that gpg-agent is running. This configuration used to work with
previous KDE release 3.5.7
