modified dbus rc script

Here is my latest attempt to create a simple workaround. I admit that fixing
dbus would be better, but that's your job :-)

I found that my messages file was full of the following messages:

Oct 24 02:37:28 psyche console-kit-daemon[2583]: WARNING: Couldn't connect to
system bus: Failed to connect to socket /var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket: No
such file or directory

That inspired the attached workaround.
