[Bug 325601] Attaching an USB device breaks USB and throws a calltrace

OK, this can be explained in two ways:
1. USB is very seriously buggy
2. There's a spurious interrupt you don't see without ehci because the line is
not enabled.
The patch I sent would periodically return IRQ_HANDLED in both cases.
Please boot with "irqpoll" on the kernel's command line. If that puts ehci on
another line please test. Otherwise report back and I'll think of another line
of investigation.
