[Bug 333739] Sycalls are very slow

I reproduced the syscall slowness with libmicro syscall benchmarking, so the
results (with mathematical analysis) are attached. Some extracts:
Suse 10.2 usecs/call (raw)

getcontext: mean 0.29942
getsockname:mean 0.21745
Suse 10.3 usecs/call (raw)

getcontext: mean 0.53535
getsockname: mean 0.44894
