[Bug 335102] procinfo seg fault on kernel 2.6.22.9-0. 4-default with AMD X2 64Bits

The problem was that the line buffer used in procinfo was to small
to scan the "intr" line of /proc/stat. I'm now continue if the last
characters of the line is *not* a newline.
