[Bug 304184] kde-window-decorator crashes quite often

I can confirm that this appears to fix the kde-window-decorator crash with the
following website:
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/testvm.xml

However, I did have a dependency issue when installing the updates.
The error was: "python-compizconfig cannot be installed due to missing
dependencies"
I was able to install it when I selected only that package though, oddly
enough.
I'll attach a screenshot. Hopefully it will help.
