We've just released compiz 0.6.2 and compiz fusion 0.6.0 try these packages and
see if they work better:

You might want to check this before installing: 

http://en.opensuse.org/Compiz_Fusion

Check if ati's .41 driver support your graphic card otherwise consider
downgrading by removing ati repository and .41 packages and installing these
packages:
