gentoo is a filemanager (http://freshmeat.net/projects/gentoo/) and runs under
GTK+.

I don't know if I can file a bug for it here since it is not part of the
openSUSE  product. It was not op the DVD, and I compiled it from source. 
I'll try anyway:

gentoo version 0.11.56 works without hassles in 10.2 but gives problems in
10.3.

In 10.3 an error appears 'Couldn't direnter '/home/martien'. Resource
temporarily unavailable (code 11)'.

This error appears when I change directory and prevents directory content being
copied.

There is a Fedora RPM for gentoo that installs fine under 10.3 but shows an
identical error.
