[Bug 278081] hald-addon-storage hangs in D state when accessing Pioneer ATAPI DVD-ROM

Yeah, testing SL103 final would be useful. Regarding ODD polling, ways to
improve it is being discussed upstream such that it has better compatibility.
It seems we'll have to use GET EVENT STATUS NOTIFICATION command primarily for
polling. I don't think this is something can be done from udev or userland.
We need kernel improvements. Thanks.
