The Virtual Machine Manager was failing to launch from the Applications ->
System -> Virtualization -> Virtual Machine Manager icon.

No feedback on failure found in logs etc.

The other options (Create Virtual Machines, and Install Hypervisor and Tools)
work OK.

Discovered that the Option to "Run as a different user" option of the Menu Icon
was not selected (it was on the other 2 icons)

Once this is option is checked it launches as expected.
