You'd need to ask some YaST/SaX person, whether they still need to keep
that "interface" frozen. From my point of view
a) 'lspci' should never have needlessly modified the output solely intended
for *machine* digestion, as machines don't care, whether there's a glitch
or inconsistency in the output
b) every 'lspci -mn' parsing routine should be able to cope with *both*
versions (the old one and the compatibility breaking one)

But as the "damage" (a) is already done, I second Thorsten's proposal,
that we fix (IMHO best according to b), where we have "control", and
immediately after that fix is committed drop the patch for 'lspci'.
