Within KDE:

- Open a text-document.
- Go into the file-menu and choose the "Save As.."
- The KDE file-dialogue opens with an empty text-field
- Click OK
- You get a notification that tells the user to choose the file to _open_.

It might just be the German translation, yet it should notify the user to
put-in a filename instead of to choose a file to open.
