I understand your explanation of this error, but I do not understand how this
bug could make it into the final release. According to
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=287539, it looks like the bug will
stay "forever".
So I'll have to use your kernel. I'm disappointed of openSUSE 10.3!
