Considering that sda and sdc are the WD disks, 200 ms for STOP to complete for
sda and sdc versus 5 ms for sdb confirm that something is wrong with the WD
disks or the BIOS. The weirdest thing is that I haven't seen this mentioned
anywhere else; the disks were bought 2 and 4 years ago respectively, so one
would expect this to be a well-known problem.
