I cannot say anything about how to reproduce it. It just happened for me
several times (in OS 10.3 only, in OS 10.2 -- never), and it looks like it
happen again.

So... I simply work, switch desktop, write something, use KMail, Konqueror,
nothing unusual. And all of the sudden keyboard is dead -- pressing caps lock
does not help, adding additional keyboard does not change anything. I have to
close all apps using mouse, end session, and keyboard works. So I am able to
log in again and work.
