What is the state of this in 10.3?

I used /proc/acpi/alarm in 10.2. Now in 10.3, this is gone, and /sys/class/rtc
is empty.

/dev/rtc exists, but no /dev/rtc0:

# dir /dev/rtc*
crw-r--r-- 1 root root 10, 135 17. Okt 2007  /dev/rtc

rtcwake does not work:

# rtcwake -t 60
/sys/class/rtc/rtc0/device/power/wakeup: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
rtcwake: /dev/rtc0 not enabled for wakeup events
