When upgrading from 10.2's openldap to 10.3's openldap, it did not convert the
database (which makes BDB/HDB quite unsuitable, to begin).
Ideas on how to correct this now? Plans to add a proper conversion? (It is
already done for mysql tables for example, AFAICT.)
