[Bug 299882] machine reboots instead of shutting down ( after suspend to disk and normal shutdown)

Nobody tests -mm, there are no reports of something broken with original
gpe_cleanup patch, and there is no interest in fixes for it.
I would prefer my single-line patch, as it makes power-off code path look the
same as hibernation one (as it should be). The other way we will need to
maintain more code, one part of it known to be incorrect.
