When pressing tab in GDM's username/password entry, it moves the focus to the
next widget, instead of acting like enter was pressed, as it has done
historically. This behaviour was changed for 2.20.0 upstream, but then changed
back in 2.20.1.

The upstream bug is http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=433495 .

I'd like to apply that patch to our 10.3 package, since it annoys a fair amount
of people.
