I tried to install 32 Bit openSUSE 10.3. The installation works but in the
configuration step the screen freezes.

Step by step: The installation starts normal. I had choosen separate partition
für /boot, /home, /var, /temp and /. There is another Operating System (you
know which) with 3 partitions. Formatting the partition, copying the files
works. After the installation step the system reboot and the configuration part
begins. In the step with the network hardware DSL and ISDN adapter are checked.
If the checking of the ISDN adapter starts (there is no ISDN) the screen
freezes, the mouse cursor can't be moved.

The hardware is new. The board is an MSI board with an AMD 64 Dual Core 4200+
CPU.

(That's the first time I can't install neither the 32 Bit nor the 64 Bit
version.)
