Michael Wu was kind enough to backport the mac80211 driver to the 10.3 2.6.22
kernel.
I copied the spec file for rtl8187 and put it in the build service:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/wberrier/openSUSE_10.3/
It's the rtl8180 driver and works perfectly. I'm currently using WPA and
networkmanager.
