Since I started participating in the OpenSuse mailing list, I've noticed there
has been a lot of confusion (and some acrimony) regarding the "reply-to-list"
requirement for list participation. Upon further research, I discovered that
Evolution does indeed have a "Reply-to-list" feature, but it is not intuitively
found by the average user.

Apparently, one poster said in previous versions, if you right-click a message
the Reply-to-List feature appears in the menu.

When an email is being read, you see buttons for Reply and Reply-to-All.

I'd like to suggest an enhancement to the Reply-to-List feature.

1) Put the option back into the menu list when right-clicking a message.

2) There is apparently a "List-Post:" header. If Evolution could intuitively
detect that header, then add an additional "Reply-to-List" button. If such
header does not exist, then the button is not visible.
