[Bug 331002] PolicyKit denies suspend sometimes

Since I needed to repartition my hard disk, I resinstalled OpenSuse 10.3 -
everything the same now. After first reboot, Suspend to Disk and Suspend to RAM
are greyed out in Kpowersave. Error Messages when pressing the Shortcut-Keys is
"Supend to Disk/RAM durch Administrator deaktiviert". "suspend" is an internal
shell command. What error messages do you need?
I attached the output of lshal.
Status of rcconsolekit was "unused". So I started the Service, restarted
rcpowersaved and kpowersave. Didn't help, though.
