[Bug 304184] kde-window-decorator crashes quite often

First I have to admit that I don't exactly have much Qt knowledge. So please
excuse silly questions ;-)
Lubos, from comment #47 I conclude removing that line fixes the crashing? If
yes, wouldn't it be enough to remove the WType_TopLevel flag in ~Window?
As I read the code (and observe when removing that line), it was added to
prevent clipping of the title bar pixmap painting to the parent (which is a 1x1
offscreen window; that small to avoid wasting texture memory). If you have any
better ideas to prevent clipping drawable drawing to their parent size, just go
ahead :-)
