Summary: Changing Date & Time refreshes the package repositories
Product: openSUSE 10.3
Version: Final
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 - None
Component: YaST2
AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: thiago.sayao@xxxxxxxxx
QAContact: jsrain@xxxxxxxxxx
Found By: ---

To reproduce:

1) Right click the clock on the gnome panel
2) Select Adjust Date & Time
3) Enter the root password
4) Click "Change..." to change the date and time
5) Yast starts refreshing the repositories. Why? I don't want to install
anything. I just want to change the time for the summer time. Having to wait
for the entire refresh process is very annoying.

Thanks.
