[Bug 333926] Powersave not working in 10.3

ok, apologies. i have looked at the source and hald_runner.c is *not* part of
hald-runner.
could this be a path issue? the file is present and had appropriate access
rights (i assume). if i run hald-runner directly i get:
qp5 packages: /usr/lib64/hal/hald-runner
** ERROR **: file main.c: line 250 (main): assertion failed: (dbus_address !=
NULL)
aborting...
