The script is not intended to ensure that the network is up when ntp runs. Its
intended to start ntp again when the network is up.

Package xntp-4.2.4p3-16, script is now there, but still a timing issue.
Booting
with Network cable attached:
The script is not intended to ensure that the network is up when ntp runs. Its
intended to start ntp again when the network is up.
