Thanks. Switching to "Logitech USB Gaming Mouse" driver means switching to a
complete different driver ("evdev" instead of "mouse"). I think we should try
to figure out, why the mouse wheel no longer works after the kernel and "mouse
software upgrade". BTW, what do you mean with "mouse software upgrades"?
