Messages during bootup

I´ve some reiserfs data partitions on disks connected to a promise fasttrack
controller. The partitions were originally formatted using SuSE 10.2. I´ve now
updated to 10.3 and can´t mount these partitions anymore.

Message is:

mount: /dev/hda1 already mounted or /mp3 busy

However, a reiserfsck on /dev/hda1 doesn´t show any problem and i can mount
reiserfs partitions formatted with SuSE 10.2 which are connected to the onboard
controller.

I´m really confused.
