fbcon fb0 state 0

EFFECT:

ACTION:
s2ram -i
This machine can be identified by:
sys_vendor = "System Manufacturer"
sys_product = "System Name"
sys_version = "System Version"
bios_version = ""
ACTUAL HARDWARE IN USE:
mainboard/bios revisoon: ASUS P2B-F, revision 1013.A

It does not matter which kind of command line switches are passed to s2ram (-a
1..3, etc.), whether it is invoked from X or by init=/bin/bash. Adjusting
Bios-settings has not helped; latest Bios revision.

Powersave does offer the option to put the computer in Standby mode under Xorg,
but that is for nothing as well.
Fortunately suspend to disk works well.
