[Bug 331532] boot dvd --> repair system fails

YaST2 log files taken from failed repair system startup
These log files were retrieved[0] from a VMWare session where I tried to use
the i386 repair system boot option.
These are from the normal invocation which would have resulted in YaST using
the QT GUI.
[0] While bash on console #2 doesn't respond, and appears to have been killed
due to the failure, there is still bash running on console #6.
