/usr/share/twinkle/lang/twinkle_de.qm - correct compressed version
For a quick test: the fine compressed *.qm.
copy to /usr/share/twinkle/lang/twinkle_de.qm .
Start twinkle: excellent xltn ;-)
generated from 1. attachment (*.ts) with
lrelease
/home/jr/Desktop/twinkle-1.1/src/gui/lang/twinkle_de.ts__V1.1_20070721-2231.qm
Same *.ts as prev attachment. Note no parameter here! Note filesize!
