Even if installed:

empire:~ # rpm -q gnucash-docs
gnucash-docs-2.2.0-31

Accessing help from gnucash application report this message:

Gnucash coul not find the files for the help documentation. This is likely
beacuse the 'gnucash-docs' package is not installed.
