Fresh installation of openSUSE 10.3 x86_64.

With one OOo component(e.g. Writer) open, ctrl + space shortcut does not call
out scim input method. Even specifying the pinyin IM by mouse, it does not
input Chinese chars.

suspected buggy component: scim-bridge.
